Football has been my lifelong passion. I bring a wealth of experience from a diverse and global football journey, and I am highly skilled and qualified in different areas of football, holding the UEFA PRO License, and several Master’s Degree & specialized Certification across various areas of the game.

My 21-year coaching career spans two distinct phases. The first focused on Professional Academies Development – both Women’s and Men’s – where I served as Head Coach & Academy Director. The second period has been dedicated exclusively to Women’s Professional  Football in High-Performance environments, working with internationally recognized professional clubs. In recent years, I have had the privilege of coaching several elite Women’s Footballers who represent Spanish National Team at both Youth National Teams and First National Team.

Furthermore, I have been a former professional footballer for twelve years (12), winning at the highest level in my country and internationally participated in the UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL) for three consecutive years.

My objective is to continue advancing the development of women’s football at the highest level, with a particular focus on the international stage. I am committed to fostering a positive team culture and supporting both the club and its players in reaching – and exceeding – their goals. Through my experience and knowledge, I strive to bring my best self every day in pursuit of the collective success of the organization.
